Upon being appointed to a project a Professional Senior Project Manager will take full responsibility for the successful management and completion of the contract. This contract specific programme will include all critical dates.

- Manufacturing of product

- Installation commencement, Sequence, Duration
- Hand-over and Completion
- Post control review
At every stage of this process the Senior Project Manager will manage and co-ordinate the Professional team of Customer Liaison Officers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Surveyors, Contracts Office/Administration Staff, Drawing and Technical Support and Approved Site Operatives.
