Upon being appointed to a project a Professional Senior Project Manager will take full responsibility for the successful management and completion of the contract. This contract specific programme will include all critical dates.

  • Drawing submission/Drawing approval
  • Material procurement
  • Manufacturing of product
  • Health and safety plan submission
  • Site set-up/Attendances
  • Delivery to site
  • Installation commencement, Sequence, Duration
  • Hand-over and Completion
  • Post control review

At every stage of this process the Senior Project Manager will manage and co-ordinate the Professional team of Customer Liaison Officers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Surveyors, Contracts Office/Administration Staff, Drawing and Technical Support and Approved Site Operatives.
